Taking good care of your teeth is vital to having a healthy body. Most toothpaste at the market have toxic ingredients, such as Flouride. You can make healthy toothpaste at home that is highly beneficial for maintaining healthy teeth an gums with just a few ingredients. Click through the above pictures. You can make your own toothpaste by mixing 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and about 10-15 drops of peppermint oil.
