You can make healthy toothpaste at home that is highly beneficial for maintaining healthy teeth an gums with just a few ingredients. Click through the above pictures. You can make your own toothpaste by mixing 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and about 10-15 drops of peppermint oil.
